Our Caring Team

All staff employed at the home are chosen for their caring, sympathetic and professional qualities.  All pre employment checks are completed before staff are employed with us.  Where possible, we introduce potential staff members to our Residents and we take their views into consideration before offering a position

All of our staff receive a comprehensive and thorough induction to working in the care sector and regular training and support thereon.

At least 50% of our staff hold a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in care at Level 2 or above.  All staff attend regular training on manual handling, first aid, and safe food handling as a basic minimum.
